Dr. Mona Hardas
Functional and Cosmetic Gynecologist
As a trusted women’s healthcare expert and distinguished cosmetic gynecological surgery specialist, Dr. Mona Hardas is Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of American college of OB/GYN with over 25 years of private surgical practice experience. She holds two Master’s certifications in cosmetic gynecology, establishing her as one of Michigan’s most highly credentialed specialists in intimate aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Mona specializes in women’s minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation procedures that improve the function and aesthetics of the vagina and vulva. Her approach combines the medical precision of gynecology with the artistry of cosmetic enhancement, addressing concerns with compassionate, patient-centered care.
As an international speaker and educator in cosmetic gynecology, Dr. Mona serves as a faculty member for the Functional Gynecology Institute and is a fellow of the International Society of Cosmetic Gynecology and the American Aesthetic Association. She earned her medical degree from Government Medical College, Nagpur in India and trained in OB-GYN at the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in England before completing her residency at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan.

Jennifer Read is the office manager and has been an integral part of the practice for over 15 years. As a Certified Medical Assistant, she brings extensive clinical knowledge and organizational expertise to every aspect of patient care and office operations. Jennifer attended Baker College from 2004 to 2009, where she studied Occupational Therapy, building a strong foundation in patient-centered care and clinical coordination.
Her long-standing experience working alongside Dr. Mona allows her to ensure the practice runs seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and compassion. Patients often appreciate Jennifer’s warmth, efficiency, and dedication to creating a smooth, supportive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Hello! I am Bethany, a Medical Assistant who has worked with Dr. Mona since 2012. Following my graduation from Ross Medical Education Center in 2007, I began working here as a phlebotomist (drawing and handling patient blood samples) before becoming a Medical Assistant in 2020. I specialize in the O-Shot® along with other cosmetic vaginal rejuvenation procedures. I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. I am grateful to be working in such a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, and look forward to meeting you!

Melissa’s strong communication skills and attention to detail help ensure appointments run smoothly while making patients feel comfortable and supported. Outside of the office, Melissa is a proud mom of two energetic children and enjoys spending time with family on the lake.
